My goal is to support executive staff in their development to becoming resilient management characters, which in this context translates into entrepreneurial thinking and acting. In this sense, being resilient is the ability to act confidently and appropriately towards clearly defined targets in a wide range of challenging situations and contexts.
Resilient managers capitalise on initiative, performance motivation, autonomy, assertiveness, realism, cooperation, creativity, endurance, emotional stability, decisiveness, solution-based decision-making, empathy and the ability to deal with uncertainty.
I provide targeted coaching on three levels: Action, which covers day-to-day “management skills” (management tools), Organisation, which consists of adaptable entrepreneurial self-management, and Principle, which centres around the creation of an understanding of leadership, focusing less on the principles of transactional leadership and more to establish transformative leadership understanding.
